The NLBV eBeihilfe App is available to all eligible beneficiaries of the state of Lower Saxony, as well as to institutions and bodies for which the Lower Saxony Office of Remuneration and Pension (NLBV) processes benefits and that have already received a benefit notice from the NLBV. Once the app is installed, the user needs to complete the registration process. After registration is finalized, supporting documents can be submitted to the NLBV. The required documents (such as medical and dental bills, prescriptions for medication) can be photographed with the app. If the documents have an eA/eP barcode pair printed on them, scanning the barcodes will suffice. Once the documents are photographed or barcodes are scanned, they can be submitted to the NLBV by sending them off.

The use of the NLBV eBeihilfe App is free of charge.
